It’s Thursday morning and this week has already been loaded with questions from Louisville fans about whether or not they’re going to be able to watch this weekend’s big game on local TV.
No, I’m not talking about the Saturday showdown between the Cards and Wake Forest that has received the dreaded “regional sports network” treatment. I’m talking about Sunday afternoon’s battle between the Baltimore Ravens and the Denver Broncos, the one which will feature former Louisville quarterbacks Lamar Jackson and Teddy Bridgewater going head-to-head for the first time.
CBS has released its coverage map for Sunday’s second window, and football fans in the Derby City (who don’t have NFL Ticket and don’t want to leave their homes to watch the game) are in luck.
It’s a fairly hilarious map, but props to the brass at CBS for recognizing the only Lamar/Teddy hotbed outside of the mountain west and the Baltimore area.
Sunday is going to be a blast.
