For the second time in two weeks, a Louisville-Syracuse game has been postponed/canceled on the day it was set to be played.

Here’s the newest one of these all-too-familiar releases from U of L:

The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the Syracuse at Louisville men’s basketball game scheduled for this evening has been postponed.

The postponement follows a positive test, subsequent quarantining, and contact tracing within the Louisville men’s basketball program. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com (full report).

The Cardinals have still not played a game since a 74-58 win over Georgia Tech on Feb. 1. Since then, five U of L games have been postponed/canceled because of Covid issues.

On the plus side, Louisville is now guaranteed to remain unbeaten in the month of February and only a game behind ACC leaders Virginia and Florida State in the loss column.

Anyone?

Anyone?

Yeah I know, this is the worst. I’m debating becoming a war dad. Leaning towards specializing in the Revolutionary War. Can’t go World War II. Way too mainstream.

I don’t know. This sucks.
