Clemson may be in the midst of a down season by their own lofty standards, but the Tigers will still be favored when they face Louisville on the road on Saturday.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Clemson is a 4-point favorite to topple the Cardinals and improve to 5-2 in ACC play and 6-3 overall.

Louisville heads into the weekend having dropped three of its last four contests, and is in danger of falling below .500 for the first time since the first week of the season. The Cardinals’ most recent performance was a 28-13 loss at NC State in which U of L led by three heading into the 4th quarter.

Saturday will mark just the second time this season Louisville has been a home underdog. The Cardinals were 6.5-point dogs back on Sept. 17 when they hosted Central Florida. U of L went on to win that game, 42-35.

Clemson is 1-2 in true road games so far this season, dropping close contests to nationally ranked Pitt and NC State, and winning a 17-14 slugfest against Syracuse.

Louisville and Clemson will kick things off from inside Cardinal Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The ACC Network will have the television coverage.
