The ACC has announced that next Saturday’s ACC opener between Louisville and Miami will be a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on ABC.

Have these two teams ever played one another inside Cardinal Stadium in a game that kicked off at 3:30 and was televised by ABC? If only there was some sort of way to jog my memory ...

Oh yeah, that’s right. It was one of the most legendary ass kickings that stadium has ever seen. Here’s hoping history repeats itself in eight days.
