Dwayne Sutton won’t ever forget his first made basket as an NBA player.
Playing in his second NBA preseason game for the Golden State Warriors, the former Manual High and Louisville star threw down a vicious breakaway dunk over Denver’s Robert Woodard II on Tuesday night.
USA Today’s Cody Taylor referred to the cram as “the dunk of the preseason.”
The Warriors eventually lost the game on a buzzer-beater by Sacramento’s Kyle Guy, because ultimately, Virginia has to ruin anything that is cool and fun.
Still, congrats to Dwayne on already making some major waves at the professional level. You’ll always have the entire city behind you.
