The Louisville football program signed 21 players from the class of 2021 on Wednesday, and got all of that work done before 11 a.m.
Included in the class are a pair of players currently ranked in the top 160 of 247 Sports’ individual rankings for the class — running back Trevion Cooley and athlete Benjamin Perry.
The only Louisville commit from the class of 2021 who did not sign with Louisville on Wednesday was Jaraye Williams (T-Will’s son). The four-star prospect has not officially decommitted from U of L, but it appears that for the time being he is keeping his options open.
Scott Satterfield’s third recruiting class currently sits at No. 23 in Rivals’ team rankings. If that holds, it would be the highest-ranked recruiting class in the history of Cardinal football.
