THE DUKE COMEBACK

RAP SHEET:

—On Feb. 12, then 16th-ranked Louisville led No. 2 Duke 59-36 with just 9:58 to play ... at home. After an almost unbelievable sequence of events, the Cardinals would lose the game, 71-69.

—Louisville had nine turnovers over the game’s final nine minutes, and fouled Duke seven times.

—The Cardinals never looked the same after the defeat, ultimately losing eight of their final 11 games.

MINNESOTA’S THREE-POINT SHOOTING

RAP SHEET:

—Entering the 2019 NCAA tournament, Minnesota ranked 350th out of 353 Division-I teams in made three-pointers, averaging just over four per game. The Golden Gophers made 11 of 27 attempts from beyond the arc in their 86-76 first round win over Louisville.

—In their 20-point loss to Michigan State in the second round, Minnesota went 2-for-22 from three.
