Late Thursday night, the U of L football Twitter account revealed that someone had toilet papered Scott Satterfield’s mailbox and the tree in his front yard, presumably as a celebratory act for the news earlier in the day that Satterfield had been voted 2019 ACC Coach of the Year.

As short while later, Chris Mack — who lives a stone’s throw away from Satterfield — revealed himself to be the culprit.

People keep talking about this as something that would never happen with some of Louisville’s old coaches, but it actually reminds me of the time that former U of L hoops assistant Jackson Price egged Bobby Petrino’s house following Louisville’s 2004 Liberty Bowl win over Boise State.
If the name doesn’t sound familiar, that’s probably because Petrino immediately had Jackson Price murdered and buried somewhere in Cherokee Park.
