Highlights:
Evaluation:
Tell has the most impressive swim move I’ve seen on film. It’s just really fun for me to watch. You can see an obvious theme when it comes to the three defensive tackles the staff landed in this class. They are all very quick, have great burst off the ball, and they all have really good motors. Tell doesn’t have the offers or the recruiting prestige that the other linemen do but he shows the same traits and has the size that the staff wants.
Summary:
Tell was first team all region down in Georgia. He played in the same region as some of the other Georgia players in this class so he had good competition. He pulled the trigger on his commitment shortly after getting his offer from UofL. He had some interest from Georgia Tech and took an unofficial visit to Clemson before he earned that offer so there was some other power five offer. There’s a possibility that Mark Ivey found a sleeper in this class.
