After being mum on who would serve as Joe Flacco’s primary backup, the Baltimore Ravens released their first depth chart of the season on Tuesday, and Lamar Jackson is listed as the team’s second string quarterback.
Here's the Ravens' *unofficial* Week 1 depth chart. Rookies underlined. Some notes:

-- Lamar Jackson is the No. 2 QB
-- Starting OL: LT Ronnie Stanley, LG Alex Lewis, C Matt Skura, RG Marshal Yanda, RT James Hurst

My guess is that if something significant happened to Flacco early on in the season, Robert Griffin III — who also made Baltimore’s final roster — would leapfrog Jackson and become the team’s starter. However, since John Harbaugh likely wants to use Jackson in a few specialty packages, he’s the more likely of the two backups to dress ... unless Harbaugh makes the call to dress all three quarterbacks.
My guess is this winds up being a week-to-week deal, but I suppose we’ll see. The Ravens open up the season Sunday at 1 p.m. against the Bills.
