While most of the biggest pieces are already in place, the rest of Louisville’s non-conference schedule for the 2018-19 season continues to fill out.

According to Jon Rothstein of CBS and Fan Rag Sports, the Cards will host both Kent State and Robert Morris during Chris Mack’s first year on the job.

Kent State went 17-17 a season ago, finishing second in the MAC’s East Division and advancing to the semifinals of the conference tournament. The Golden Flashes will return three double-figure scorers from that team, including leading scorer Jaylin Walker (16.6 ppg), who flirted with making an early jump to the NBA. They were dealt a blow earlier this week, when 7-foot center Adonis De La Rosa (11.8 ppg/7.6 rpg) announced his intention to transfer.

Robert Morris finished 2017-18 at 16-17 overall and in sixth-place in the Northeast Conference standings. They were defeated by top seed Wagner in the semifinals of the NEC tournament. Bobby Mo took a huge hit for next season when leading scorer Dachon Burke (17.6 ppg) transferred to Nebraska. Sophomore forward Koby Thomas (12.0 ppg/6.9 rpg) will now be the leading returning scorer and rebounder for Andrew Toole’s team.

So here’s an updated look at what we know about the non-con schedule for next season:

Nov. 21 and 23: NIT Season Tip-Off (games vs. two of Kansas, Marquette, Tennessee)

Nov. 27: Michigan State

Dec. 1 or 2: at Seton Hall

Dec. 8: at Indiana

Dec. 18: vs. Robert Morris

Home games with no dates: Kentucky, two NIT Season Tip-Off home games (opponents TBD), Kent State, Nicholls State.
