A three-star prospect, the 6’3, 220-pound Robbins also boasted offers from the likes of South Carolina, Kentucky, Purdue, Ole Miss, Vandy and Duke. He rushed for 631 yards and six touchdowns in 11 games as a junior last season.
Robbins becomes the sixth player from the class of 2019 to commit to Louisville, joining offensive linemen Jamari Williams and Jack Randolph, defensive end Kristian Varner and quarterback Jaden Johnson.
These 2019 and 2020 classes are supposedly some of the best to ever come out of this area, so getting a big name like Robbins locked in early is large for a number of reasons.
