Former Louisville basketball coach Denny Crum is recovering in the hospital after suffering what doctors believe was a mild stroke while fishing in Alaska on Wednesday.
Crum’s wife, WFPL host Susan Sweeney Crum, told the radio station that Crum’s condition has improved over the last 24 hours and that he could be released from the hospital as soon as this weekend.
Here’s hoping that coach is back on his feet and back to 100 percent as soon as possible. He’s got a lot of Cardinal football and basketball to follow in the coming months.
