Anfernee Simons’ monster summer has resulted in the future Cardinal vaulting into the top 10 of at least one scouting service’s rankings.
ESPN now has Simons as the No. 8 overall player in the class of 2018. That distinction makes him the highest-rated senior in the country who has already committed to a college.
