The CWS will kick off on Saturday, with Fullerton taking on Oregon State at 3 p.m. on ESPN, and then Florida State squaring off against LSU at 8 on the same network.
This will be the first time in Louisville’s four College World Series appearances that the Cardinals haven’t played on the event’s opening Saturday.
If Louisville wins on Sunday, then it will face the winner of TCU vs. Wake Forest/Florida at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 19. If it loses, then it will face the loser of that game in an elimination game on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Both of those games will be on ESPN.
A full schedule of CWS times and dates beyond those first three days can be found here. The three-game championship series will be played from Monday, June 26 through Wednesday, June 28.
