Louisville has added a junior college running back who will be eligible to play for the Cardinals during the 2017 season.
Harry Trotter, a 5’11, 190-pound back out of Fort Scott Community College in Kansas, announced Monday that he is heading to U of L for the remainder of his college career.

Trotter, who will be joining Louisville as a preferred walk-on, rushed for 503 yards and eight touchdowns as a freshman at Fort Scott last season. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
Running back has become something of a position of need for the Cardinals after losing Brandon Radcliff to graduation, LJ Scott to transfer, and Dae Williams to a (presumably) season-ending ACL tear. A less serious injury to Jeremy Smith left Trey Smith as the only scholarship running back available to play in the spring game last month.
I’m sure there are a number of Harry Potter jokes to be made here, but I’m going to take the high road and not reach for the low-hanging fruit. Also I never read any of the books and only have a base knowledge of the series. I’m sorry.
