Louisville figures to be an underdog for the first time this season when it takes the field Saturday against second-ranked Florida State.
The Cardinals actually opened as 1-point favorites on Sunday, a status which was short-lived. The line moved quickly and strongly in the direction of the Seminoles, and is now holding at Florida State -3.5.
Louisville is just 2-14 all-time against Florida State, and has lost both its meetings with the Seminoles as members of the ACC. The Cardinals' lone victories in the series came all the way back in the first meeting, a 41-14 win in 1952, and the famous overtime upset of the 'Noles in 2002.
