NCAA Women's Tournament 2016: Time, TV announced for Louisville vs. DePaul

Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

The Louisville women will look to advance to the Sweet  16 for the fourth consecutive season when they take on No. 6 seed DePaul Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. inside the KFC Yum Center. ESPN2 will have full coverage of the game.

The Blue Demons destroyed 11th-seeded James Madison, 97-67 on Friday, and lead the all-time series with U of L, 16-15.

Now a lot of people are talking about this being the resurrection of DePaul Day, and I'm gonna have to stop them right there. The DePaul women are good at basketball. The DePaul men have never won a basketball game ever ... or at least that's my understanding.

Given the way that things have gone for the past, say, six months, Jeff Walz and company seeing their national title dream end at the hands of the Blue Demons scares me now more than ever. If it happened, I would be forced to come face-to-face with the reality that the 2015-16 athletic season is the direct result of everything bad that I've ever done in my life. I don't want that to happen.

Pack the Yum Center tomorrow and make sure that we have Sweet 16 and Elite 8 basketball to cheer for next week.
