Louisville's Feb. 13 game against Notre Dame in South Bend will tip-off at 4 p.m. on ESPN2. The game had originally been listed as a "4 or 9 p.m." tip, but apparently GameDay hates U of L so much that they decided to go with their other option ... or maybe the Fighting Irish have just been a tad disappointing up to this point.
The game will be the Cardinals' 15th this season on one of the ESPN family of networks.
During Louisville's time in the Big East, the Edmund P. Joyce Center was the lone location in which the Cardinals failed to pull off a conference road victory. U of L leads the all-time series 20-13, but has lost five in a row against the Irish in true road games. Louisville last won a game in South Bend back in 1994.
This will be the first meeting between Louisville and Notre Dame in South Bend since the five overtime classic on Feb. 9, 2013. The Irish won that game 104-101, dealing the Cards their final loss on their way to the 2013 national title.
