Louisville's recruiting class for 2016 is almost entirely officially signed. So far the only "loss" of guys that had been committed is Jaquelle Green. Green had been listed as a Louisville commit for months but never made an official visit and reportedly will be a real stretch to qualify academically anywhere. As has unfortunately been the case the past few years, the signing day decisions of some of the more elite level kids did not go Louisville's way as Trayvon Mullen signed with Clemson and Emmitt Rice stuck with his Florida State commitment.
Louisville is probably not done adding signees today. Four-star safety London Iakopo will be announcing his decision between Arizona and Louisville around 12:30. He would be a very nice addition to replace Jaquelle Green. Louisville is also expected to add Malik Williams at running back any time now. They're also hoping to announce the signing of former four-star UGA signee Gary McCrae at outside linebacker at some point today.
Of current commitments, Louisville is only waiting for letters of intent from Keion Wakefield and James Dematto.
We'll have more in depth analysis of the signees once the class is officially announced.
