The bourbon bus limousine tour for four prize a week ago brought with it our largest number of submissions this season, and also our first pair of perfect picks. If you weren't the lucky winner then, we've got another massive prize for week nine: a Louisville Cardinals tailgate tent from Fan Outfitters valued right at $300.
A reminder that in order to enter the contest, all you have to do is pick a winner for each game (and a tiebreaker) either in the comments section of this post, or by emailing them to me at MikeR@espnlouisville.com. The winner has to beat all the other competitors as well as John, our puppy picker and myself. If there's a push, the prize package carriers over to the next week. One entry per person.
The Thursday night game is on the docket again this week, which means the deadline to submit picks is tonight at 7 p.m. Again, one entry per person.
Here are the games we're picking:
No. 25 Virginia Tech at Pittsburgh (Thursday)
High School Game of the Week: South Oldham at Shelby County (Friday)
No. 22 Navy at South Florida (Friday)
No. 5 Louisville at Virginia (Saturday)
Kentucky at Missouri (Saturday)
No. 10 West Virginia at Oklahoma State (Saturday)
No. 4 Washington at No. 17 Utah (Saturday)
Western Kentucky at Florida Atlantic (Saturday)
Maryland at Indiana (Saturday)
No. 7 Nebraska at No. 11 Wisconsin (Saturday)
No. 15 Auburn at Ole Miss (Saturday)
No. 3 Clemson at No. 12 Florida State (Saturday)
TIEBREAKER: Number of points scored by Louisville
John, the puppy of the week (NOODLES!) and I will be making our picks during the second hour of today's Ramsey & Rutherford show. For more information on Noodles and other adoptable pets, check out the Kentucky Humane Society website or visit one of their area locations.
