Kentucky Humane Society Puppy Pick 'Em Challenge: Week 7

No Thursday night games this week, so the deadline to enter the contest is going to Friday at 6 p.m.

A reminder that in order to enter the contest, all you have to do is pick a winner for each game (and a tiebreaker) either in the comments section of this post, or by emailing them to me at MikeR@espnlouisville.com. The winner has to beat all the other competitors as well as John, our puppy picker and myself. If there's a push, the prize package carriers over to the next week.

This week's prize is pretty awesome.

The winner of the week 7 pick 'em is going to win a bourbon limousine tour for two on Friday, Nov. 11. R & R Limousine will take you and a guest of your choice on a bourbon tour that will include five stops.

Here's the schedule:

10:30 a.m. -- Peerless Tour and Tasting

Noon -- Lunch at EWBE

1 p.m. -- Traditional Tour & Tasting Event at Evan Williams Bourbon Experience

3 p.m. -- Willett Tour & Tasting

4:30 p.m. -- Connoisseur Tasting at Heaven Hill Bourbon Heritage Center

Between the tickets, the ride and the admissions, this is a prize package worth more than $200.

Obviously, this is only open to people who are 21 years are older. If you are under 21, you can still play in this week's contest, you'll just win a different 93.9 The Ville prize package.

Here are the games we're picking:

High School Game of the Week: St. X at Male (Friday)
Duke at No. 7 Louisville (Friday)
Western Kentucky at Middle Tennessee (Saturday)
No. 20 West Virginia at Texas Tech (Saturday)
No. 10 Nebraska at Indiana (Saturday)
Pittsburgh at Virginia (Saturday)
North Carolina at No. 16 Miami (Saturday)
No. 1 Alabama at No. 9 Tennessee (Saturday)
Wake Forest at No. 14 Florida State (Saturday)
Stanford at Notre Dame (Saturday)
No. 12 Ole Miss at No. 22 Arkansas (Saturday)
No. 2 Ohio State at No. 8 Wisconsin (Saturday)

TIEBREAKER: Number of points scored by Louisville

Again, the deadline to enter is Friday at 6 p.m.

John is off today, but I'll be giving my picks, his submitted picks and the picks of our puppy of the week during the second hour of today's Ramsey & Rutherford.

Here's our pup of the week, Lokie:

For more information on Lokie and other adoptable pets, check out the Kentucky Humane Society website or visit one of their area locations.

John and I both went 9-3 last week, besting the puppy by two games and leading to our first shakeup on the season leaderboard. Here's how we stand:

Mike: 50-22

Puppy: 49-23

John: 49-23

Happy picking.
