After dazzling at Dolphins OTAs, DeVante Parker has apparently hit a snag in his preparation for his rookie season in the NFL.
Friday morning, Parker had surgery on his left foot, which he had previously injured at Louisville. Luckily, it looks like the procedure was relatively routine and went well.

DeVante Parker had a screw (from a broken toe as a SR At U of L) replaced in his foot after having pain yesterday. Simple procedure.

While Parker would certainly like to be available for the beginning of training camp as a rookie, the reports of his early impressions on his new team suggest that the Dolphins will be fine with making sure he's ready to go when the games start to count in September.
Here's to a speedy recovery for DeVante.
