Damion Lee, the most sought-after fifth-year transfer in the country this offseason, announced Thursday morning that he will play his final season of college ball for the Louisville Cardinals.

The 6'6 Lee averaged 21.4 points and 6.1 rebounds this past season at Drexel, and shot 38.5 percent from beyond the arc. He finished fourth in the nation in scoring, and figures to provide a huge boost on the wing for a Louisville team that is losing Wayne Blackshear to graduation and lost Shaqquan Aaron to transfer.
A major tip of the cap to the Cardinal staff, which focused its attention on landing Trey Lewis and Damion Lee this month, and got the job done. Suddenly, 2015-16 is looking like it could be an awfully fun ride in the Derby City.
Never underestimate the value of a trip to Laser Blaze.
