Great Flood Brewery, an establishment run by three U of L grads, is donating $1 of every beer sold tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to the annual RaiseRED Dance Marathon, which raises money each year to help fight pediatric cancer.
The Raise Red folks will be raffling off a basketball signed by Denny Crum and Darrell Griffith, a few posters signed by the two U of L greats, a basket full of UofL goodies, and two tickets to the Louisville-Virginia game on March 7. All of the proceeds will go to benefit RaiseRED.
More information on RaiseRED can be found at http://raiseRED.org. The dance marathon will take place on February 27th and 28th, where over 700 students will dance for 18 hours in hopes to raise $300,000 to fight pediatric cancer.
Great Flood brewing is located at 2120 Bardstown Road in the Highlands. You can visit their website here.
