Jamie Rhodes-USA TODAY Sports

The University of Louisville has issued this brief statement in response to Tuesday's report from ESPN:

"To preserve the integrity of the review process, the university will withhold comment on any details until review is concluded."

Rick Pitino and Tom Jurich have also issued brief comments, with Pitino responding to the report through the Courier-Journal's Jeff Greer:

Louisville head coach Rick Pitino, in several public appearances in the past few weeks, has said if anything happened, he did not have knowledge of it.
