The University of Louisville has issued this brief statement in response to Tuesday's report from ESPN:
"To preserve the integrity of the review process, the university will withhold comment on any details until review is concluded."
Rick Pitino and Tom Jurich have also issued brief comments, with Pitino responding to the report through the Courier-Journal's Jeff Greer:
Louisville head coach Rick Pitino, in several public appearances in the past few weeks, has said if anything happened, he did not have knowledge of it. Reached Tuesday morning for his reaction to the ESPN report, Pitino said he was "devastated" and "disappointed," but that he loves his current Louisville team and "will give them all I have."
As for Tom Jurich, his lone public comments Tuesday have been through ESPN's Andy Katz and have involved the job status of his head basketball coach:
Louisville AD Tom Jurich said via school: "coach Pitino has no plans to step down and he absolutely didn't know about the allegations."

Plenty more to come.
