DeVante Parker Makes ACC Digital Network's "25 Players To Watch" List

The ACC Digital Network has released its preseason rankings of the top 25 football players in the conference, and DeVante Parker is once again the lone Cardinal honored.

Spider-man checks in at No. 11 on the list, but is only the fourth-highest rated wide receiver.
