Louisville fans that patiently paid their dues for the 2013-14 season already know that they're due to receive a reward for their patience in the coming season. With the team's move to the ACC and it being the year they host their rival, the Cardinals home schedule already features games against Duke, North Carolina, defending ACC champion Virginia, and Kentucky.

Today it was announced that in addition to the teams above, Louisville will host Big Ten perennial power Ohio State at the KFC Yum! Center. The game will be a part of the annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge, a series of games that pits teams from the two conferences against one another on different nights in the same week. The full slate of games is set to be officially released at 4:00 p.m. today, but several of the highest profile games have already been leaked including Wicsonsin hosting Duke, Syracuse traveling to Michigan State, and North Carolina hosting Iowa.

Ohio State will be the third Big Ten team Louisville is scheduled to face in the 2014-15 season. Louisville is set to face Indiana in Madison Square Garden as part of the Jimmy V Classic. It will also host NIT champion Minnesota as Rick Pitino prepares to host his son Richard's team.
