With exactly 20 days standing between himself and the Belk Bowl, Bobby Petrino says he's not sure who will be his starting quarterback when the Cards take the field against No. 13 Georgia.
"We're not sure yet," Petrino told the ACC Digital Network. "Will (Gardner) will not be available, which is so unfortunate for him, but the trainers and doctors tell me that Reggie Bonanfon should be ready and healthy to go by game time."
The player Petrino didn't mention is Kyle Bolin, who took the first meaningful snap of his college career in the 2nd quarter of Louisville's regular season finale, and wound up tossing for 381 yards and three scores to lead a thrilling victory.
In the end, I still think we're going to wind up with a situation similar to the one was had after the Clemson game, where Petrino announces Bolin as the starter but says that there will also be packages in place for Reggie ... but that's just a guess.
It's certainly going to be an interesting rest of the month.
