OL Kahlil Hunter And RB Tim Cook Commit To Louisville

Jamie Rhodes-USA TODAY Sports

The U of L football team may have lost a huge game against Florida State less than 24 hours ago, but one of the biggest recruiting days for the program in recent memory is helping to quickly heal that pain.

The Cards received their third and fourth commitments of Friday when JUCO teammates Kahlil Hunter and Tim Cook pledged their allegiance to Bobby Petrino.

Hunter, a 6'4, 290-pound offensive linemen, is rated as a three-star prospect who had scholarship offers from Georgia and Cincinnati, among others. Cook, a 6'1, 235-pound running back, is also a three-star recruit who had additional offers from Cal, Arizona, Colorado State and Cincinnati. Both players currently suit up for Eastern Arizona College

The commitments of Hunter and Cook leaves Louisville with 21 players in its current recruiting class of 2015.
