The ACC revealed Notre Dame's football schedule against conference opponents through the 2025 season on Tuesday, and the slate includes three additional meetings with Louisville. Two of those games will be played at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
U of L will host Notre Dame on Sept. 2, 2019 in the season-opener for both teams. The Cards will then travel to South Bend to face the Fighting Irish in 2020, and then Notre Dame will come back to Louisville in 2023. The dates for those two games are yet to be determined.
Louisville and Notre Dame have never met on the gridiron before, a fact which will change next month when the Cards travel to South Bend on Nov. 22.
