U of L signee Shaqquan Aaron ended 2013 in style, leading his Rainier Beach High team to the Les Schwab Invitational championship and earning MVP honors in the process.
Aaron finished the tournament with averages of 21.5 points and 4.8 over the course of four games. He electrified the crowd with a handful of highlight reel dunks and shot nearly 43 percent from beyond the arc.
It was the first-ever LSI title for Rainier Beach, which routed Las Vegas Bishop Gorman 95-67 in the title game. Aaron scored 16 points.
