We all rolled our collective eyes last week when a national website set the spread for Louisville's remaining 11 games and had the Cards as just a 12.5-point favorite over Kentucky.
Turns out the actual spread for the game might be even smaller.
Vegas made Louisville just a 7.5-point favorite over their arch-rivals when they released the initial spreads for next week's games on Sunday morning. Bettors have since moved that line to -10.5.
I get that Kentucky looked vastly improved on Saturday, I get that it will be Louisville's first road game, I even get the "anything can happen in a rivalry game" stance, but still...it seems low.
It'll be interesting to watch the line over the course of the next week.
