Lousiville ACC Football schedule through 2024 released

The best way to deal with the depression of a 2013 schedule that features few marquee matchups is to look forward to future ACC schedules that will not lack for such things. Today, the ACC made that a little easier by releasing the rotating conference matchups through 2024.

Louisville is in the ACC Atlantic Division, which means annually, it will play the other six teams in that division: Florida State, Clemson, NC State, Wake Forest, Syracuse, and Boston College. Additionally, Louisville already knows that having been moved into Maryland's spot, its permanent opponent from the Coastal Division will be Virginia. Those seven schools plus a rotating opponent from the Coastal Division will make up the eight ACC games Louisville will play every year. Here's the ACC schedule pairings for Louisville through 2024.

Additionally, Notre Dame has a scheduling agreement to play five games per year against the ACC, with each ACC school being guaranteed one game against Notre Dame in a three year period. Louisville already knows it will play at Notre Dame in 2014. The ACC schedule with Notre Dame is not known past the 2016 season.
