Vanderbilt's win over Georgia Tech Monday night means that the second-seeded Commodores will host a three-game series with Louisville this weekend to decide which of the two teams will advance to the College World Series.
The showdown between the two rivals figures to be one of the premier matchups of the super regional round, and ESPN is aware of it. The four letter network will feature each game in the series prominently, beginning with the opener on Saturday.
Here's the full schedule for this weekend:
LOUISVILLE VS. NO. 2 VANDERBILT - ALL GAMES AT HAWKINS FIELD IN NASHVILLE
Game One: Saturday, June 8 at 3 p.m. (ESPN)
Game Two: Sunday, June 9 at 4 p.m. (ESPN)
Game Three (If Necessary): Monday, June 10 at 7 p.m. (ESPN2)
A limited number of all-session tickets for the Super Regional in Nashville, at a cost of $65 for all three games, will be available to Cardinal Athletic Fund members only until 9 a.m., ET on Wednesday either in person at the UofL Ticket Office at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium or online through the My Cardinal Account website. Any remaining tickets in the University of Louisville allotment will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday at 9 a.m., ET.
Go Cards, beat Vandy.
