Some bad news from the recruiting trail, as 2014 linebacker Detric Dukes from Atlanta has chosen to flip his commitment from Louisville to Georgia. Dukes confirmed the change of heart on his Twitter account Monday morning.
A three-star prospect according to Scout and Rivals (guess how long that's going to last now that he's SEC-bound), Dukes became Charlie Strong's fifth commitment from the 2014 class when he pledged his allegiance on the day after Louisville's Red-White game.
Dukes' decommitment leaves Louisville with 14 committed players from the class of 2014. Jeff Williams out of Lincoln High in Tallahassee is the only linebacker among the group.
