Charlie Strong celebrated Oaks day the way he celebrates pretty much every other day during the offseason: By landing a recruit from the state of Florida.
De'Eric Culver, a three-star cornerback from Tallahassee, became the 10th member of Strong's 2014 class when he committed to Louisville on Friday.
Rated as the 40th best CB in the class by Rivals, Culver finished his junior season with 54 tackles, three sacks, four forced fumbles and a pair of interceptions. He was recruited primarily by Ron Dugans, and chose Louisville over Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi State and Ole Miss, among others.
