Michigan State and Duke are currently looking equally impressive in a back-and-forth battle on CBS, but neither team is Louisville's primary concern at the moment.
In his postgame press conference, Rick Pitino stated that six Cardinals are currently under the weather, including Russ Smith, Peyton Siva and Kevin Ware.
"I kind of had to prod our guys all night," Pitino said. "All our guys were coughing and hacking. In every timeout, Russ was coughing in all of our faces."
Smith himself admitted after the game that he was "terribly sick," a fact which didn't keep him from equaling a tournament high by scoring 31 points.
While Smith was reportedly dealing with a fever, Siva - who played just 19 minutes and scored only four points - is apparently fighting with the early stages of strep throat and is on antibiotics.
Let's let these young men get some rest.
