We'll get to Friday night's game in depth in a little bit, but for right now it's hard to ignore the significance of what lies ahead.
On Saturday night, Louisville will play Syracuse inside Madison Square Garden for a Big East championship in what will be the final game of the conference as we've known it. The fact that the Orange will own a significant home court (and crowd) advantage and that a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament might be on the line for the Cards also can't go without mention.
Here are Rick Pitino's thoughts:
Get some rest, folks. Tomorrow is a monumental day.
