LOVE the two seed and the late session.

NOTES:

--Louisville and Marquette are currently tied for second place with matching 11-4 league records. The Cards earn the two seed by virtue of the head-to-head tiebreaker.

--Syracuse (10-5) earns the final double bye due to its 63-47 win over Notre Dame (10-5) on Feb. 4.

--At 10-6, Pittsburgh is a half game back of the Orange and Irish for fourth-place.

--Connecticut, which is ineligible for postseason play, sita alone in seventh-place at 9-6.

--St. John's (8-7) is just a half game behind Villanova (9-7) for the No. 7 seed, but the Wildcats own the head-to-head tiebreaker with the Red Storm.

--Providence and Cincinnati are now both 7-8, which means the Friars own the nine seed thanks to their win over the Bearcats on Feb. 6.

--South Florida, DePaul and Seton Hall are now all guaranteed to play in the first round of the tournament on Tuesday night.

--Last place South Florida (1-14) and 14th-place DePal (2-13) will meet in Tampa on Sunday.
