Louisville Suspends Freshman Forward Akoy Agau Indefinitely

U of L announced via a press release Friday afternoon that freshman forward Akoy Agau has been suspended indefinitely from the Cardinal basketball team. No reason for the suspension was given.

Agau has appeared in seven games this season, scoring just two total points and grabbing seven rebounds. He averaged 12.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and blocked 81 shots last season while leading Omaha Central High School to its a fourth straight Nebraska state championship.

The Cards take on Florida International Saturday at 6 p.m.
