U of L Women's Banner To Be Unveiled On Nov. 24

If the first part of "November" rhymed with "banner" it'd be so fun to call this "Bannervember," but it doesn't, so we have to get more creative.

I got nothing.

Anyway, there's yet another one going up inside the Yum Center in five days:

The University of Louisville's 2013 Women's NCAA Runner-Up banner will be revealed in a pregame ceremony prior to the Cardinals' game against Florida State on Sunday, Nov. 24. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 1:40 p.m. to view the presentation. Doors open at 1:00 p.m.

The banner will be on display on the west side of the upper concourse of the KFC Yum! Center aside the Cardinals' 2009 NCAA Runner-Up banner. A special video of the Cardinals' NCAA Tournament run will be played during the ceremony. The game is part of the Pack the House promotion and tickets can be purchased for $3 with a Kroger Plus card. The game is a red out game and fans are encouraged to wear red.
