After visiting Ohio State over the weekend, Trinity superstar James Quick told 247sports.com that the Buckeyes have pulled even with Louisville in the battle to land his services.
Quick, who has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma and just about everyone else under the sun, has also expressed an interest in Oregon and a desire to take a visit to Eugene in the fall.
The good news here is that Quick took a visit to Columbus and did not commit, somewhat of a rarity for top talent from this area. All signs point to Louisville having a real shot to keep James home, which couldn't be a bigger deal considering that he will likely finish his career as a Shamrock with the (deserved) reputation of being one of the best high school football players ever to play in the state of Kentucky.
Class of 2013 QB commit Kyle Bolin, your thoughts?
He didn't mean to say Big East.
