LSU Coach Les Miles announced Thursday that Steve Kragthorpe has stepped down from the position of offensive coordinator after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Kragthorpe will now coach the quarterbacks and Greg Studrawa has been named the new offensive coordinator.
This would be awful news regardless, but when you couple it with what his wife just went through...it's just that much more gut-wrenching.
I think I speak for all of us when I say that the thoughts and prayers of Cardinal Nation are with Steve and the entire Kragthorpe family.
