Here's the release from U of L:

University of Louisville men's basketball fans will be able to follow the Cardinals' on their foreign trip to the Bahamas through local television, radio and internet coverage of the events.

WHAS-TV, an ABC-affiliate in Louisville, will televise the Cardinals' Aug. 11 and Aug. 12 games against Bahamian teams live at 7:30 p.m. ET. Pregame shows for each telecast will begin at 7 p.m. The games will not be televised in high definition because of production limitations on the island. Equipment is being flown onto the island to accommodate the telecast.

The Cardinals will play four games at Sir Kendal Isaac Gymnasium in Nassau, including an intrasquad scrimmage on Aug. 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Commonwealth Giants on Aug. 11 at 7:30 p.m., the Real Deal Shockers on Aug. 12 at 7:30 p.m. and the Bahamas All-Stars on Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.

The last three games of the trip will be broadcast live on WHAS radio through the Cardinal Sports Network developed by Nelligan Sports Marketing, complete with pre- and post-game shows. Those radio broadcasts will also be available online through CardsTV for a fee. The Cardinals' web site,, will provide additional coverage during the trip.

The Cardinals are allotted 10 days of practice prior to leaving for the Bahamas, three of which were completed last Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The remaining seven practices will occur in late July/early August. U of L Coach Rick Pitino will update fans with another blog on Thursday.
