Down the Stretch Derby Eve Party just two days away

There are just a few spots remaining for Friday night's Down the Stretch Derby Eve bash, co-hosted by Brian Brohm, the most famous Louisville quarterback ever to never muster a victory over the mighty Holy Trinity Eagles (or star QB Mike Rutherford) during his grade school career.

I've been banned from saying anything about the celebrity guest list, but suffice it say it's fairly stacked in terms of athletes. I'm still working on Titus Teague.

Here's the schedule for the evening:

*Auction 7-10 pm
Join us early to start the night right with an auction/cocktail event benefiting Best Buddies Kentucky. All proceeds donated to Kentucky's new chapter of Best Buddies. Come help us raise awareness and support this great cause!

*SIGNATURE DRINK HOUR 10-11
Come sample our signature drink for free from 10-11 courtesy of Makers Mark and Rooibee Red Tea!

*Party 10-2 am
Be apart of a brand new experience that Derby Eve now offers to Louisville and its Derby guests! Join us at the starting gates of Derby Weekend for drinks and dancing to kick off the celebration of what Louisville has to offer!
21 & Over Dress to Impress!

*Buffet 7-10
Food Provided by: Brownies "The Shed" Grille & Bar!

*Auction/Party $75
Party $50
GROUP RATE (10) $400 (PREPAID)

In order to ensure a spot and avoid the line at the door, it's recommended that you pre-pay online right here.

If you're still on the fence, I would like to once again add that my final first-year law school exam will be taking place Thursday morning, meaning that the odds of witnessing both a blacked out Mike Rutherford and furious Ms CC may never be higher than they will be Friday night.

Everyone at the party will be a winner.
