Louisville defensive line coach/recruiting coordinator Clint Hurtt is staying at Louisville, according to a tweet from Cardinal head coach Charlie Strong.
Big news!! The big hurtt is staying with the cardinals.
Hurtt, the 2010 national recruiter of the year according to ESPN.com, was on Auburn's campus Wednesday to interview for the vacant defensive line coach job there.
Hurtt came to Louisville from Miami before last season, and was instrumental in landing 10 players from South Florida in this year's recruiting class, including Miami standouts Teddy Bridgewater, Gerod Holliman and Eli Rogers. He was also the only Big East coach to be named to ESPN.com's list of the Top 25 recruiters of the year.
