Christian Prep (Ga.) defensive tackle DeAngelo Brown is the 19th member of Charlie Strong's 2012 recruiting class after committing to Louisville on Saturday. Brown, a three-star prospect checking in at 6'1 and 285-pounds, also had offers from Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, South Florida and Vanderbilt, among others.
Brown followed up his big announcement by leading Christian Prep to its first GHSA state championship on Saturday.
This was a guy that Strong and company reportedly really wanted. If they're excited, I'm excited.
