The University of Louisville football team will open their second season under head coach Steve Kragthorpe when the Cardinals begin fall practice on Tuesday, August 5 at the Howard Schnellenberger Football Complex.The Cardinals will hold three open practices to the fans on August 5-7 before closing practices in preparations for the August 31 home opener versus Kentucky on ESPN at 3:30 p.m. Practice times are yet to be determined.
Louisville's annual Fan Day is also scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 9 from 9-10 a.m. at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
