The University of Louisville has finished the 2007-2008 season ranked 32nd in the Directors' Cup standings, the program's second-highest finish ever.
U of L finished 28th in the competition a year ago.
In spite of an athletic budget inferior by more than $20 million, Louisville also managed to finish in front of Kentucky for the second straight year.
